Aerobic Marathon! is organising a mega-aerobics fun day at the American Academy Graduate Centre on May 12th from 3-7pm. The day will consist of half hour aerobics sessions which people can join in as much or as little as they like, and the day will go as follows:
3pm-warm-up,
3.15pm - Sh'bam,
3.45pm - Body Combat,
4.15pm - Aerobic/Step,
4.45pm - Body Conditioning,
5.00pm - Belly Dancing,
5.30pm - Zumba,
6.00pm - Free Style/Latin,
6.30pm - Yoga/Stretch/Cool Down.
The tickets cost 10 euros and are available from me or from Tracy directly and every penny will go to Breast Cancer charities. In the last two years, Tracy has raised over 10,000 euros for this cause - she's an amazing woman. Please show your support.
(By the way, there will also be lots of cakes sold at the event!). xxx
