This is a well established family run horse farm, with a superb safety and revisitation record. Whether you are just starting out, and a little nervous, or vice versa you are an experienced rider, we would always have the horse and the ride for you. All rides include riding tips from our trained and friendly staff, and you would surely enjoy either spectacular views or maybe just a lesson in our arenas!

AGO Sports For All

The AGO Sports for All (SFA) programme, which was launched by the Cyprus Sports Organisation in 1985, aims at encouraging people and especially children to practice sports and develop a healthy lifestyle. The programme employs eighty qualified Physical Education teachers in over 500 sport centres all over Cyprus and offers a wide range of activities including sports, athletics, martial arts, dancing, swimming and much more.

All members participating in the programme enjoy benefits such as insurance cover, free transport to the sports events for children, SFA gifts, free use of sport materials and equipment and free transportation to the swimming pools for the "Child and Swimming Programme".

Most activities such as sports, martial arts and dancing cost 15 euro per month or 25 Euro per quarter whereas the swimming programmes cost 30 euro per month for two, one-hour lessons per week.

Lapatsa Riding School

Lapatsa Riding School, Tseri, Nicosia (Cyprus), opened nearly 30 years ago and has been the leading equestrian establishment on the Island ever since. It currently teaches riders from beginners to International level in both dressage and show jumping, using its team of staff and hosting clinics with visitors from further all around the world. It’s facilities include indoor and outdoor arenas which regularly host competitions for the Cyprus Equestrian Federation, a purpose built lunging arena and a horse exerciser which is computer programmed, can accommodate up to 12 horses and reach speeds of 40kms/hr when used for racehorses. 

The friendly and welcoming staff are truly international and all bring various skills to Lapatsa, combining together to make sure that both horses and riders are well looked after. Lapatsa also has a working clubhouse which includes an adjoining ambient outdoor courtyard and a separate outdoor equipped children's play area which hosts a miniature paddock housing our three resident Shetland ponies Bubbles, Karma and Chakra and also Maestro our very Cypriot donkey, an ideal location for any private event particularly children's birthday parties, craft fairs, exhibitions, seminars etc or a place to just visit with family and friends to unwind.

Early Learning Centre toy stores are organising a fun, sports-oriented 3-day event from Thursday August 2 until Saturday August 4. On Thursday and Friday afternoon and on Saturday morning children are invited to join the activities in all ELC stores: games, team play, recreation, arts & crafts and many more activities, that are all absolutely free.

It will be an afternoon with your little ones that you wont forget and maybe just maybe your little athletes will take home the gold medal.

Chelsea Foundation In Cyprus: The Fun Begins

Chelsea FC Foundation coaches are currently working with International Football Academy of Cyprus (IFA) to provide grass roots football to males and females of all abilities.

Foundation coaches are working with IFA, a grassroots football organisation, at their facilities in Nicosia and Larnaca in Cyprus. There they are passing on their footballing expertise to IFA players and coaches, who will continue using Chelsea Foundation football coaching methods throughout the year.

Larnaca Lions Children's Football Club

All children are welcome to join the Larnaca Lions childrens football club although all traning is in English using the English professional training methods.Larnaca Lions FC has been formed to provide a base for the many English speaking children living in Larnaca, Cyprus who asked for their own football club. Formed just before Christmas 2007, there is a core of regular players who are enjoying the challenging training sessions and regular matches organised by age groups.
